I downloaded the official SP55068.exe from HP, extracted it with WinRAR and then ran PhoenixTool on the 01658.bin file. I did what At0607 said, but instead of ANDY tool I used PhoenixTool. The Wi-Fi LED and Caps Lock LED indicated a BIOS corruption. Then after installing some programs and running Windows update (it was a freshly installed Win7 run), it stopped turning on.
